| 6:30 am | Check-in opens at all start sites. Cue sheets available. |
| 7:30 am - 8:00 am | Kershaw and Monroe routes open. Cyclists sent out in waves of 100. Any cyclist not on route by 8:00 am will be SAG’d forward. |
| Noon | Finish line festivities begin. Music begins, VIP Tent opens, Massage therapy opens, Beer Garden opens. Team photos begin. |
| 1:00 pm | Dinner service begins. |
| 2:00 pm | Shuttle service to official Bike MS partner hotels and camping locations begin. |
| 4:00 pm | YMCA showers, pool and sauna open for overnight campers. |
| 4:45 pm | All cyclists must be in to rest stop nine or they will be SAG’d to the finish. |

| 6:00 pm | Dinner and beer service ends. YMCA Gym opens for sleeping. |

Finish line area closes. All activities closed. Bike Lock-Up closes. Shuttle Service ends. |

| 6:00 am | Shuttle pickup for 100-mile cyclists. from Bike MS hotels and camping locations. Breakfast Service open at FMU for 100-mile cyclists. |

Shuttle pickup for 50-mile cyclists from Bike MS hotels and camping locations. 100-mile route opens. Cue sheets available. Cyclists sent out in waves of 100. Any cyclist not on route by 8:00 am will be SAG’d forward. |
| 8:30 am - 9:30 am | 50-mile route open for a rolling start. Cyclists can roll out as they are ready. Any cyclist not on route by 9:30 am will be SAG’d forward. |

Finish line festivities begin. Free, continuous shuttles to the pier for cyclists, friends and family begins. Massage therapy opens. Catered meal begins. |

Shuttles back to start sites begin (for cyclists who purchase a shuttle pass). Note: Buses will NOT depart until they are nearly full. |
| 4:45 pm | All cyclists must be in to rest stop nine or they will be SAG’d to the finish. |
| 6:00 pm | Finish Line Festivities end. All activities close. Shuttle service to start sites ends. |
