Or, if you choose to turn in all of your funds during Bike MS weekend, please place all monies in your sealed money collection envelope and turn it in at check-in.
What speed do I need to average on the ride in order to finish before the course closes?
We plan for a minimum average pace of 10 miles per hour, including rest stops. All routes open at 8:00am and close at 6:00pm. All routes are fully supported with rest stops every 10-15 miles, support and gear vehicles (SAGS), medics, and bike mechanics. All four routes start and end at Union Point Park in New Bern on Saturday and Sunday and are almost entirely flat. If this is your first Bike MS event, please stop at every rest stop you come to along your route, grab a snack and something to drink, but stay only for a short period of time, 5-10 minutes.
