What a difference a day makes! The Service Projects program is a volunteer-driven initiative being piloted in Raleigh, Charlotte, Asheville/Hendersonville, and Columbia, SC. Year-round teams of volunteers are available to complete projects for families living with multiple sclerosis.
MS Service Day projects consist of but are not limited to:
- Interior chores – general cleaning
- Outdoor jobs – yard work
- Light repairs
- De-cluttering & organizing
Clients: I Have a Project!
PLEASE NOTE: We will not be forming new teams until after the first of the year. All client applications will be held until Spring 2014.
Yard work too much to handle? Indoor projects becoming overwhelming? Service Projects can help! You can apply by filling in the electronic application, by downloading the application, or by calling 1-800-344-4867 to have an application sent to you. After the volunteer service team is formed, you will receive a call from the team captain who will coordinate your service day.
Volunteers: I Want to Help!
Service Projects are volunteer-driven days of service for families living with MS. Teams consist of Team Captains, Site Assessors and Team Members. Teams usually provide one service day per quarter, although more or less are available. All team members must go through training and a background check (paid for by the chapter).
