The National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s On the Move “Regal Luncheon” is a unique and elegant educational and fundraising event that creates an inspiring, motivational and empowering environment. This luncheon creates a social environment for likeminded people to gather, learn about multiple sclerosis and raise funds to help end MS. The luncheon often features celebrity speakers, which in the past have included Teri Garr, David Osmond and Zoe Koplowitz and Sue Thomas, author, MS Ambassador and inspiration for the TV Show, “Sue Thomas, FBEye.” Chris Wragge, anchor of CBS’s TV News at 6, returns annually as our luncheon emcee.
The luncheon was originally founded by women who wanted to come together in bringing us closer to a world free of MS. Two thirds of people living with MS are women, and women often are care providers. The On the Move Luncheon creates an opportunity to empower each other to create a better future for those living with Multiple Sclerosis.
