Children/Family/Social Activites
Children and MS
MS is a chronic illness that affects the entire family. The National MS Society recognizes that children who grow up in a home where there is a diagnosis of MS have many questions. Children and families should be focused on fun! The Chapter offers these unique social programs throughout the year. These social events provide opportunities for people who share the common experience of having MS to meet and greet in fun and accessible environments! Participants often learn from each other about the variety of issues they all face while managing their busy lives with a diagnosis of MS in the family. For additional information about any of these programs, contact the Chapter at 800-344-4867 or generalmailbox@nmss.org. Click on our Program Calendar to see the month by month schedule of activities.
