Long-time Chapter member, Lisa Bachrach-Zeankowski has secured FREE yoga sessions for people living with MS through collaborative efforts with Simplicity Yoga, Full Circle Wellness Center, and Absolute Yoga.
No prior experience is necessary.
Participants must be ambulatory.
Please arrive to class 10-15 minutes prior for the class to begin on time.

Vinyasa yoga is a flowing practice of yoga poses that emphasizes breathing techniques that are used as you move through each pose. Vinyasa combines hatha yoga and Iyengar teachings. This class includes breathing exercises
combined with poses and stretches that promote health in the mind and body. The use of modified poses and props such as chairs, blocks, etc., make this class accessible to anyone. This class ends with a short meditation to nourish the mind and the body.
