Order a “National MS Society” License Plate Today!
The Long Island Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society needs your help to promote MS awareness and to support funding for MS research by ordering a “National Multiple Sclerosis Society” custom license plate. The $25 annual service charge for the custom plate is deposited into the “Multiple Sclerosis Research Fund” to help support research at the two New York State MS Pediatric Centers for Excellence.
The initial cost for a standard “National Multiple Sclerosis Society” plate is $43.75 with an annual renewal fee of $25. A personalized version of the plate with the motorists' choice of up to six characters is available for $75, with an annual renewal fee of $56.25.
