What others had to say about the program:
Networking with my fellow participants, and with the incredibly dedicated program staff, provided a unique opportunity to come to terms with my fairly recent diagnosis with MS. Positive lifestyle changes have done wonders for my energy level, strength and overall well-being. - Elizabeth
Such a program is all too rare, but I think it should be a prototype in mainstream medicine. I've changed how I exercise, and how I plan and schedule, and I am much more attuned to what symptoms do and don't mean. I'm more knowledgeable and more confident about the future, and I'm secure in knowing that I have a place to turn for help. - Jenny
The Living Well with MS program is supported in part by a generous grant from the Lillian Goldman Charitable Trust.
