Can I exchange my Event and/or Top Fundraiser shirt?
You will receive the size shirt you selected upon registration. If you would like to find a rider to exchange sizes with you may do so, however no size changes will be made at packet pick-up.

Can I exchange my Prize Jersey and/or Shorts?
You will receive the size jersey and/or shorts you selected on your Bike Prize Award Form. No exchanges will be made.

I Forgot my Username and Password.
Remember, all usernames and passwords are lower case and include no spaces. Need help? Find your password here. If you still have problems, contact us.

How do I change my Username and Password?
Once logged in, click on the link at the top of the page "Edit Your Profile". You will then be able to change your contact information, e-mail address, username and password.

Where do I find a copy of the route?
Due to last minute route changes, that often happen because of road construction and other unforseen circumstances, the route is not published or made available before the ride. Copies of the route for Saturday will be available at check in Saturday morning. Sunday's route will be available at breakfast in Sandusky Sunday morning. Non-rider directions will be available both days.

I have checks that I need to turn in. Where do I send them?
You can send offline donations to:

or
Ohio Buckeye Chapter, 651G Lakeview Plaza Blvd Worthington, OH 43085.

Please be sure to indicate that the donations are to be credited to your bike total. It is not recommended to send cash in the mail.

How do I change my fundraising goal?
Once you are logged into your Participant Center, your goal along with your progress is displayed at the top of the page. You can change your fundraising goal by clicking the "change" link and entering the new goal.

How can I see who has donated to me?
Once you have logged into your Bike Center, click on the Progress link at the top of the page. You will then be able to see your Donation History.

I am registered as an individual, but would like to join a team (or create a new team). How can I do that?
Once you are registered for Bike MS, you must contact the National MS Society at 216-503-4183 or contact us to change your status from individual rider to team member (or vice versa). If you are registered as an individual and are interested in creating a new team (or being a team captain), please contact Matt Faulkner at 614-515-4629.

Why does my name not appear on the team roster and can't be found when searched for?
By default, a Personal Page is public, meaning your name will appear in the participant search list and on your team's roster. Also, anyone accessing the site will be able to support you. When you go to your Personal Page, at the top of the page you will see if your page is public or private.

Setting your Personal Page to private means your name will not appear in the participant search list or team roster and only people you personally invite will be able to support you.

To change your Personal Page from private to public, go to your Participant Center and click on the Personal Page link at the top of the page. Then click the "edit" link and then change from private to public.

How do I enter gifts received offline?
Once logged in to your Participant Center, click on the "Progress" link at the top of the page. You will then see a button on the right that says "Enter a new gift". This will open the page where you can enter any donations received offline. Please note, that the donor's mailing address is required. If a mailing address is not provided on the offline gift form, the National MS Society is unable to send a receipt for the donation.
