A conflict has come up and my team can no longer play in the tournament. Will our money be refunded?
No. No refunds will be given for team registrations.


One of my teammates can no longer play. Can we find a substitute?
Yes, you are permitted to find a replacement. He/She will have to fill out the registration information the day of the event upon team check-in.


A friend of mine wants to donate to my team. How do they do that?
To donate to a team or participant, visit the Donation Page.


What is the format of the event?
The event begins with rounds of pool play followed by a single elimination tournament.


How are the teams seeded for the tournament?
A team’s seeding for the tournament is based upon the team’s record during pool play. The team with the best record during pool play will be given the highest seed. In the opening round the highest seeded team will play the lowest seeded team, the second highest seed will play the second lowest seed, and so forth.


Can my friends and family come to the tournament?
Yes, we encourage all teams to invite their friends, family, and fans! Admission for spectators is free. Donations will be accepted at the door.


Where should I park?
Parking is available for all players and spectators free of charge in the main Thomas Worthington High School parking lot. This lot is accessible from Route 161 and is located in between the high school entrance and the football field.


Will there be food provided?
Lunch is included for teams that choose the Shot Caller Registration. A concession stand will be open if you wish to purchase lunch or snacks.


How can I get an event T-shirt?
Event T-shirts are included for teams that choose the Shot Caller Registration. We will also be selling event T-shirts the day of the tournament.


Does my team have to wear the same shirt during games?
No, you and your teammates are not required to wear the same shirt. However, if you would like to get team T-shirts made or wear reversible pennies you certainly may do so.
