2010 Bike MS Oklahoma: The Mother Road Ride

To reserve your room, contact the Crowne Plaza Hotel directly and tell them that you are with the National MS Society, Oklahoma Chapter. Bike MS rooms will be held until September 17, 2010 when all unused rooms will be released for general resale. Guest accommodations will be available at 3:00 PM on arrival day and reserved until 12:00 noon on departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.

Friday, September 24: Crowne Plaza Hotel at 100 East Second Street, Tulsa, OK 74103 from 4:30pm to 7:30pm
Saturday, September 25: Crowne Plaza Hotel at 100 East Second Street, Tulsa, OK 74103 from 6:00am to 7:30am
Food: Five full meals are provided free of charge over the weekend.
Rest Stops: Enjoy full stocked rest stops every 10 to 12 miles at fun engaging sites SAG & Support: The ride is fully catered and is staffed and supported by incredible volunteers, bike shops, EMSA, and OSU Medical professionals, many whom also return year after year for this event. Bike MS Oklahoma is known for pampering its cyclists!
Transportation: Bus Transportation is provided for cyclists and their bikes from OKC to Tulsa before and after the ride.

***Cyclists must be 12 years old or older by June 27, 2010 in order to ride on a single-seat bike (parents must still ride in the event with their child age 12-17 at all times). No children under the age of 12 are permitted to ride. All cyclists under the age of 18 must bring a notarized waiver, signed by a parent, to the event.
