You will need to pick up your rider packet that includes your bib, bike and luggage tag, bike tag, and official Bike MS Oklahoma Ride t-shirt at one of the designated Packet Pick locations. You can also pick up these items at registration BEFORE the start of the Ride on Saturday morning. All cyclists are required to have an official Bike MS bib number before starting the ride. -
Can I have someone follow me on the route in case I don’t make it?
The route used for the Ride is along public roads; however, in the interest of safety, we ask that you NOT have friends and family follow you on the route. SAG, medical and bike shop support will be provided for all cyclists the entire length of the route. Therefore, we try to restrict cyclists having personal escorts or SAG on the route. -
What if I have bike trouble or cannot make the entire distance?
Bike mechanics from our official MS Bike Ride Shops and medical volunteers will be available to assist you along the route. Am I responsible for transporting my overnight bag and gear for the overnight stay?
No. When you register or check-in you will be given a numbered tag to match your bib number and bike tag. This is placed on your overnight luggage. You will then take this to the luggage truck where they will sort it by number and transport it to the over night facility. On day two, you will drop off your bag at the luggage truck and they will transport it back to Tulsa for pick up at the finish line. If you have more than one piece of luggage, place a piece of masking tape on the extra bag so you can write your assigned number on it.
PLEASE NOTE: SAG drivers are instructed not to take medical-related items from cyclists to bring to the finish line. Please pack anything you will need for the overnight in your luggage. Never rely on the SAG driver to transport medication or medical equipment for you. You must make arrangements for such items yourself. -

Overnight accommodations are available at the overnight facility. There will be a designated sleeping area for indoor sleeping, but this option is provided on a first come, first served basis. If this is not satisfactory, you can camp out in a designated area at the overnight facility. Showers and rest rooms are accessible in doors. You are also welcome to arrange hotel accommodations for yourself. -
