How to spread the word about Bike MS with Digital Downloads. Use one of the MS badges as your profile picture on Facebook, MySpace and more. Download and post a web banner on your site; and, forward to everyone you know who has a website and ask them to post it. Remember to have the URL click back to your personal fundraising page or www.bikeMS.org. Make Bike MS your wallpaper on your computer screen and your signature on your emails

***Cyclists must be 12 years old or older by June 27, 2010 in order to ride on a single-seat bike (parents must still ride in the event with their child age 12-17 at all times). No children under the age of 12 are permitted to ride. All cyclists under the age of 18 must bring a notarized waiver, signed by a parent, to the event.
