The website at Polar Products has the most informational site we know of for comparing and pricing cooling products before you decide what to buy.
MSAA (Multiple Sclerosis Association of America) has a financial assistance program that seems to be the easiest to navigate. On their application, they show and describe the different type of products they have available and the difference in usage.
MSF (Multiple Sclerosis Foundation) also has programs and services that may be able to assist you in this as well as other areas.
If you are not aware of these other support programs, please take a few minutes to check them out and become familiar with the many support services they offer.

Also, please feel free to contact your local National MS Society office to see what programs are specific to your area that you may qualify for.
