Living Brain Wellness with Multiple Sclerosis
The Living Brain Wellness program of the MS Center of Oregon at OHSU will start September 15, 2012. This program is for individuals with MS, family and caregivers. It is an eight week program that takes place every Saturday. There will be both local and national speakers to lecture about diet, exercise, stress reduction, mindfulness, supplements and more. Your registration fee will include breakfast and lunch during the program, exercise classes, access to March Wellness Fitness Center, diet aid and more during the eight week period. Partial scholarships may be available as well as payment plans through OHSU.
