The groups in Oregon and Clark County, Washington are listed by the city in which they meet. Please contact the group directly at the phone number or email address listed. If you would like additional information, please contact 1-800-344-4867, option 1.
Meeting times and locations may change! Please call or email the group prior to attending, to confirm the meeting date and location. (PLEASE NOTE: some groups do not meet every month of the year, or at the holidays.)
Groups are for people living with MS of all ages and family members, unless otherwise specified.
Two telephone support groups are available. The Stay-At-Home Telephone Group meets on the third Wednesday, 1:00 pm PT at 1-888-279-3775, enter code 4001#. Café Con Leche is conversation and support in Spanish on the second Tuesday, October-June, 11:00 am PT. To register, call 1-800-344-4867, option 3.
