MS stops people from moving. We exist to make sure it doesn't. The Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the National MS Society is a community of individuals who are committed to achieving a world free of MS. We provide comprehensive support services and educational programs to people with MS, their family and friends, and raise funds locally to support the National MS Society’s research initiatives.

MS Awareness Night with the State College Spikes

MS Tai Chi

- This Tai Chi class is designed for anyone living with multiple sclerosis. Family members, caregivers and guests are also welcome. Please wear loose, confortable clothing and shoes. The facility is handicapped accessible.
Water Exercise Class

- This class will help you gain range of motion in joints as well as build strength in all major muscles groups. The ability to swim is not required. Some cardiovascular conditioning in included. A doctor's authorization is necessary for non-members to participate and should be given to the instructor on the first date of class. You may join at any time; the fee will be prorated. The pool is 83 degrees.
