Vision: Through the Know MS scholarships provided by the chapter, allied health professionals receive the training and education they need to have maximum impact on the lives of people living with MS.
Who?
- Allied health professionals and service providers who are currently working with or desire to work with our constituents living with MS
- Professionals may be new (just beginning their career) or experienced (seeking to grow their knowledge-base)
- Ideal candidates are those who have been working with people living with MS for at least one year
- Students in MS care professions are eligible for this scholarship.
What?
- Know MS Scholarships are provided for MS-related courses, conferences, and certifications
- Conferences funded in the past include: the Consortium of MS Centers Annual Meeting and conferences presented by professional organizations that include a focus on multiple sclerosis (e.g. APTA)
- Certification exams are hosted by the Professional Testing Corporation. Certifications available:
