Services

MS stops people from moving. We exist to make sure it doesn’t.

The Greater Delaware Valley Chapter is here to address the challenges of each person whose life is affected by MS. We provide personalized support, including education, counseling, services and grants, to help the 14,000 families in the Greater Delaware Valley living with MS.

Learn more about the services we offer by exploring the links below.

Daily Life
These services are designed to assist people with multiple sclerosis and their families with the everyday activities that multiple sclerosis can sometimes disrupt.

For Caregivers
These services are designed to provide a break or an extra set of hands for those who provide care for a loved one with multiple sclerosis.

Financial Assistance
Multiple sclerosis is an expensive disease. If you are experiencing an unforeseen financial crisis, or are looking to modify your home or vehicle, the chapter may be able to provide a grant to help.

Health Services
These services are designed to empower people living with MS and help maintain their independence. In addition to the services offered by the chapter, we also provide assistance in advocating for access to services from health insurance companies.

Employment
We created MSWorks for people with MS who are unemployed, under-employed, or have concerns about their present job and/or benefits. Through this program, members can gain access to employment counseling, as well as referrals to national, state and local organizations that assist with employment and benefit issues.

HomeAble (TM)
HomeABLE (TM) is a new project designed to keep you safe and independent in your home. HomeABLE (TM) provides grants for modifications to make your home accessible. Click here to download the application form.

A Financial Assistance Application form must be completed and submitted to the chapter before any assistance can be provided.
