On the Move is a nationwide program created to raise funds and awareness for multiple sclerosis. Each year, On the Move luncheons bring women together to encourage people to give from the heart to support their family members, friends and colleagues whose lives are touched by MS and educate communities about multiple sclerosis. The National MS Society hosts Luncheons in Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth, and has featured guests speakers including actress and comedian Teri Garr, author and motivational speaker Zoe Koplowitz, Basketball Hall of Famer and Olympian Nancy Lieberman, and former FBI agent and MS Ambassador Sue Thomas.
In just five years, this incredible program has touched the lives of 2,000 women across Texas and raised almost $350,000 in our efforts to create a world free of multiple sclerosis.
