Adaptive yoga modifies traditional postures for those living with or recovering from chronic illness or injury, e.g., high/low blood pressure, heart disease, arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia.

All postures are done from either a chair or the floor in order to stimulate the body's systems without overtaxing them.

This class is appropriate for patients using wheelchair, walkers, canes and any adaptive devices.
