Be an MS Awareness Star!

UTU_MS_STARHave you or someone you know done something to help spread MS awareness? We'd like to hear all about it and shout your praises for making a difference and helping to educate the community about multiple sclerosis!

It doesn't have to be MS Awareness Week to spread awareness. Activities can be a mix of things from wearing MS event t-shirts as a group to an event, hosting an information table, meeting with legislative officials, having a fundraiser (learn all about DIY fundraising here), sharing your story with a local club or using a creative outlet to tell the community what MS means to you. It all helps to get people involved, to learn more and to understand the impact of MS.

Here are several examples people have shared with us:

Racing Awareness

David Peterson joined the MS movement in a fast way! A racecar driver, David is spreading awareness at the tracks in the intermountain area.

Personal YouTube Video

Jamie used her creativity and made a YouTube video about what MS means to her and invited people to join her at Walk MS.

What will you do to be an MS Awareness Star? MS Kills Connection – Connection Kills MS. Give what you know.

Please share how you are spreading MS awareness by sending a short description and photo if possible to utah.idaho@nmss.org.
