The National Multiple Sclerosis Society Utah-Southern Idaho Chapter’s MS Smart Moves program (formerly named Fit MS) is a nine-week wellness initiative designed to increase the health and well-being of people with Multiple Sclerosis throughout the Utah and southern Idaho. The goal of this program is to turn simple lifestyle changes into lifelong, healthy habits. Each week, participants receive points for performing healthy tasks in the areas of mind, body, and spirit. Turn those points into the Chapter each Monday no later than 5:00pm to be eligible for a weekly prize. The individual with the highest point total at the end of the nine weeks will win a grand prize.
Upon registering for MS Smart Moves, you will receive tools to track your weekly points. Utilize these to keep track of your achievements. Each week, visit this page to turn in your points to the Chapter. Simply click on the appropriate week and enter the requested information.
