Summer Edition
June 6, 2011-August 6, 2011

MS Smart Moves is back! Whether your New Year’s resolution could use a little kick start, or you just missed the program the first time, join us this summer for MS Smart Moves.

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society Utah-Southern Idaho Chapter’s MS Smart Moves program (formerly named Fit MS) is a nine-week wellness initiative designed to increase the health and well-being of people with multiple sclerosis throughout Utah and southern Idaho. The goal of this program is to turn simple lifestyle changes into lifelong, healthy habits. Each week, participants receive points for performing healthy tasks in the areas of mind, body, and spirit. Turn those points into the Chapter each Monday no later than 5:00pm to be eligible for a weekly prize. The individual with the highest point total at the end of the nine weeks will win a grand prize.
