Can my friends & family register for the program?

Answer:

This year, MS Smart Moves is only open to those with MS. So, if you have a friend or family member with MS, they may register.
 

Question:

I forgot my User name and/or Password to turn in my points. What should I do?

Answer:

Contact Brook Osterland at brook.osterland@nmss.org or 800-344-4867 (option 2) to find out your user name or have your password reset.
 

Question:

What if the suggested activities are hard for me to do?

Answer:

MS Smart Moves is designed to accommodate all levels of ability.

However, if there is something you absolutely cannot do, contact Brook Osterland at brook.osterland@nmss.org or 800-344-4867 (option 2).
 

Question:

Can I register after the program has begun on January 31?

Answer:

Yes. You can register anytime during the program. You will still be eligible to win weekly prizes. Plus there are ways to receive bonus points! Take advantage of those and you will have a great chance to win the grand prize.
 

Question:

Prizes?! What are the prizes?

Answer:

Every week we will have a drawing for all those who report their weekly points total no later than every Monday at 5:00 p.m.

We will award a grand prize, 2nd place prize and 3rd place prize to the individuals with the 3 highest point totals for the 9 weeks.
 

Question:

Is there a way to receive more points than the 3 points a day?

Answer:

YES! There are bonus points

• Register for Walk MS and receive 5 bonus points.
• Register for Bike MS and receive 5 bonus points.
• Recruit a friend to register for MS Smart Moves and receive 5 bonus points per person you recruit to sign up.

Question:

What if I already registered for Walk MS or Bike MS?

Answer:

You can still receive the 5 points!
 

Question:

How do I turn in my weekly points?

Answer:

Report your points online at cureMSutah.org or cureMSidaho.org no later than every Monday by 5:00 p.m. If you do not have access to a computer you may call 800-344-4867, option 2 and submit your points.

How do I turn in my bonus points?

Answer:

See above. You can report your points online or call the Chapter office.
 

Question:

Do I need to send in my tracking sheet?

Answer:

No, it is not required.

How do I know if I won the weekly prize?
