Never underestimate the power of your personal story. Whether you are living with MS, a caregiver, a friend, a family member, or a health care professional, you have a story to tell. And the National MS Society Utah - Southern Idaho Chapter wants to hear it.
Our goal is to compile some of the many stories about the impact of MS on the lives of Utahans. We will be utilizing these stories as legislative issues arise, media opportunities are available, and as we demonstrate the true impact of MS throughout the state of Utah.
Whether you have struggled with your monthly co-pays, unexpectedly become a caregiver for a loved one, found yourself needing treatment your health insurance provider would not cover, participated in Walk MS or Bike MS, or conquered the many challenges of MS, you have a powerful story to tell. We hope you will share that story!
The process is simple. Just complete the short survey below and, if needed, a member of the Utah - Southern Idaho Chapter staff will then follow-up with you for more details.
