Kathleen Fuchs, PhD
Dr. Kathleen Fuchs obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego and her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Houston. She completed an internship in neuropsychology at the University of Chicago Medical Center and a postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at the University of Virginia. She is a board certified neuropsychologist and associate professor of clinical neurology at the University of Virginia. She is a professional staff member at the James Q. Miller Consultative MS Clinic and serves on the Clinical Advisory Board for the Blue Ridge Chapter of the National MS Society. She sees people with MS for neuropsychological evaluations and for psychotherapy, and she works with people to help them develop compensation strategies for cognitive problems. Her research interests include estrogen effects on cognition and aging with MS.

Tony Gentry, Ph.D. OTR/L
Dr. Gentry holds a B.A. in History and Literature from Harvard University, an M.A. in occupational therapy from New York University and a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from the University of Virginia. He has focused his clinical, teaching and research interests in the areas of neurological rehabilitation and in assistive technology for cognition. Clinically, he has practiced in acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, and at skilled nursing facilities.

Myla Goldman, MD
Dr. Myla Goldman received her medical degree from Rush Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. She completed her neurology training at the University of Virginia. She went on to complete a Neuroimmunology Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation Mellen Center. During this time, she also completed a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Research and Trial Design at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She joined the faculty of the University of Virginia, Department of Neurology in August 2007. She is currently the Co-Director of the James Q. Miller MS Clinic. She is a member of the Blue Ridge Chapter National Multiple Sclerosis Society Clinical Advisory Committee.  Her research interests include MS therapeutics and MS-related motor fatigue.

Dr. Robert Goldstein
Dr. Robert Goldstein received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo. He completed his Anesthesiology training at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT. Dr. Goldstein entered private practice and co-established an active pain management center in Virginia Beach and Norfolk. Dr. Goldstein joined the faculty of UVA in 2004 as an Associate Professor in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He devotes the majority of his time to Pain Medicine but also cares for patients in the operating room as an Anesthesiologist. He sees patients with a wide variety of pain conditions at the UVA Pain Management Center. He has been involved in the treatment and management of patients with Multiple Sclerosis for over 20 years. His particular areas of interest, regarding MS, are Spasticity, Baclofen Pumps and MS related pain with the goal of maintaining and improving functionality and reducing pain and spasticity. He is director of the Pain Management Center's implantable technologies program. He is a member of the Blue Ridge Chapter National Multiple Sclerosis Society Clinical Advisory Committee.

Margaret Keller, RN MS
Margaret Keller, RN MS, received her undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Virginia. She has been working in the area of clinical research since 1993, and helped start the James Q. Miller M.S. Center in 1999. She continues to help coordinate care at the MS Clinic and serves on the Clinical Advisory Committee for the Blue Ridge Chapter of the National MS Society. She coordinates and is the contact person for the clinical trials in Multiple Sclerosis being offered through UVA.

Mary Jo Rajek, OT
Mary Jo Rajek is an occupational therapist with the Health South Rehabilitation. She serves as the Occupational Therapist for the James Q. Miller MS Clinic. She has 23 years of experience and has also worked in hospitals and retirement facilities. She has volunteered with the Blue Ridge Chapter since 1993. She now serves on the Clinical Advisory Committee and as a facilitator of the Fatigue: Take Control Program and the Gateway to Wellness. She has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees and as chairman of the Chapter Programs Committee.
