MS Navigators can help you get the information you need. Navigators provide up-to-date information about MS, treatments, and symptoms, as well as referrals to community resources (including physicians) in your area.
The Blue Ridge Chapter is committed to providing assistance to all people with MS. This assistance can take many forms, but a common concern for people with MS is the major financial impact of the disease. This is why the Chapter offers a Financial Assistance program. By working diligently to provide the funds for a variety of needs, the Chapter helps to ease some of the financial burden of MS. Click here to download a Financial Assistance application or call the Chapter at 1-800-344-4867 to request that a printed application be mailed to you.
The Chapter also offers a Care Management program for people with MS whose needs are not able to be fully met by other community agencies. We will work with you to find a Care Manager to assist you with challenges you may be experiencing. If you feel that you might be a candidate for our Care Management services, please contact the Chapter office at 1-800-344-4867 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you have questions about health insurance, Medicare, financial planning, other types of insurance, or resources for the uninsured and under-insured? Contact the Chapter office at 1-800-344-4867 and we can get you the information you need.
