Bike MS participants get a free Training Peaks account and a free training plan by Joe Friel, expert trainer and author of "The Cyclist's Training Bible."

3) What is Packet Pickup?
Packet Pickup is where every registered rider turns in their signed Waiver form and collects a rider packet. There will be no Packet Pickups or registrations on the day of the bike tour event. A complete list of scheduled Packet Pickup events is provided.
4) What is in a Rider Packet?
The Rider Packet contains a rider number, handle bar numbers, helmet number, luggage tag and a wristband for meals. Learn more about the Rider Packet.
5) What is Club 100 and how do I find out how close I am to qualifying for Club100?
The Club 100 is an elite group of cyclists made up of the top 100 fundraisers from the Bike MS: Valero Ride. In 2010, these riders raised over $490,000. In recognition of their accomplishments, every Club 100 rider receives exclusive benefits before, during and after the ride. Last year the 100th person raised $1865. Learn more about Club 100.
6) I’ve never ridden before! Can I be a rider?
Bike MS is an accessible and fun ride for nearly every skill level. Many Bike MS cyclists are participating for the first time. Check out this valuable information for first-time riders.
7) I don’t ride a bike but would love to help out. How do I volunteer?
Each volunteer’s contribution -- large or small -- is critical to the success of the event. Obtain more information on how to participate as a volunteer.

9) How can I use Facebook for fundraising?
Use our great Facebook fundraising application to solicit donations and count down to event weekend! The application is located in the My Participant Center which is available to registered participants.

12) What is Bike MS: Champions?
The Bike MS: Champions program connects people living with MS to cyclists. This connection helps puts a “face” on the disease and increases MS awareness. Learn more about this program.

14) Where can I get digital ride tools and logos to use in my fundraising efforts?
On the Bike MS website www.bikems.org click “Digital Downloads” in the top banner. Download a 2010 Bike MS Valero logo jpg for web and print. If you need an EPS file for a jersey, e-mail your request to Lisa Shaw.
