- You need a completed Bike MS Valero waiver form submitted at a Packet Pick-Up to collect your rider numbers. Cyclists aged 17 and younger need to have the Waiver Form NOTARIZED prior to Packet Pick-Up. You cannot sign a waiver for another rider.
