Do I have to attend the Packet Pick-up?
YES! Every rider must turn in their signed Waiver form at the Packet Pick-up and collect a rider packet. The rider does not need to be present to pick up a rider packet; a designated representative can turn in the rider’s signed Waiver in order to pick up the packet for them. NOTE: There will be no Packet Pickups or registrations on the day of the bike tour event.
At the Packet Pick-Up you will be able to:
- Turn in a Signed Wavier Form (.pdf)
- Submit waiver forms for riders under the age of 18. Forms must be signed by a parent or guardian. The Waiver MUST be NOTARIZED. A notary will be available at each packet pick-up and at the Expo.
- Collect a Rider Packet.

What do I need to bring with me?
At the Packet Pick-up, riders must turn in a signed copy of their Waiver. Cyclists are encouraged to turn in any donations raised to date at the packet pick-up.
What about riders under 18?
The minimum age to participate in the Bike MS: Valero Ride is 12 years of age by October 8. Minor's must turn in a notarized waiver form at one of the Official Toyota Packet Pick-up locations or the Expo in order to pick up their packet.
How do I use my rider numbers?

Brightroom, will send each rider a free photo proof from the Ride, provided the rider has his or her number in place for identification.
