President and General Counsel of Actuarial Benefits & Design Company, Lisa co-founded the company in 1989 to fill the void in retirement plan compliance for small to medium sized businesses. Over the years, Lisa’s business has grown from 4 employees to 33, and she still finds time for community involvement through Junior Achievement and the Joan Grossman Fegely Foundation for Ovarian Cancer Education & Research, which to date has raised $70,000 to support early detection, treatments and ongoing support for survivors. Lisa is also the proud mother of two sons, Liam and Collin.

She has over 25 years of executive management experience in the health care, managed care, and insurance industries, and public sector health care services. Prior to joining WellAware, Teresa was President of Unisys’ Health Information Management business where she had responsibility for government health care, Medicaid IT systems and BPO operations. Teresa received her MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia and her BS in Nursing, also from University of Virginia.

Kate Houck, owner of CommonWealth Concierge, is currently the President of the Richmond Chapter of the National Association of Women Business owners, and serves on the Junior Board of the Foundation of the Children’s Hospital of Richmond, as well as the Board of Associates for Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. She and her husband, Paul, have two children – Rebecca, 14 and Christopher, 9 - and an ever-varying number of animals.
