Spend your lunch hour learning about the benefits of yoga for those living with MS. Sarah Humphries, RYT200, will be leading the discussion and can show how anyone can participate in yoga regardless of experience or mobility. Employment Teleconference Series
The Central VA Chapter is pleased to present a series of teleconferences on a variety of topics regarding Employment and MS. The series is made up of six teleconferences held every other Thursday from January through March, 2012. Each call is from 7:00 - 8:00 pm. Click on each teleconference below for more information and to register.

MS Study Group Series for Healthcare Professionals
This study group is open to all nurses, OTs, PTs, PCPs, and any other health care professional who is interested in learning more about mutliple sclerosis. This is a 6 part series that will meet on the 3rd Tuesday of every month from January 2012 to June 2012. Particpants are encouraged to attend all 6 programs, however, particpation in at least 4 sessions is required.
