The Central Virginia Chapter invites people living with MS in their 20’s and 30’s to join a new, online based MS Support Group just for them!
MY SOLUTIONS FOR MS is a compassionate group of individuals in their 20s and 30s living with multiple sclerosis. It provides an important networking opportunity for individuals working to balance their life—including school, careers, relationships and families—and issues that arise due to a diagnosis of MS. We will primarily connect with each other through Facebook and email but as interest grows, we will start holding face-to-face social events and gatherings.
As a My Solutions member, you will:
- Stay connected with other members everyday on our Facebook page;
- Share thoughts and participate in weekly discussion topics;
- Learn about MS related events happening in our area; and
- Develop new relationships and make friends who, just like you, understand the daily challenges of being young with a Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis.

Real Talk Real Answers
Real Talk Real Answers is an online program designed specifically for young adults. Topics you can learn about include “MS and Your Career” and “MS and Your Relationships.”
New free mobile app! The Real Talk team has developed a Real Talk Real Answers app that takes the information gathered from programs and makes it available as a mobile app, available for free download on iTunes. Click here to download.
