About This Chapter

The Inland Northwest Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is one of a 50-plus-chapter network across the United States that advances the Society's mission. Chartered in 1954, the Inland Northwest Chapter provides services and programs to over 2500 people with MS and their families within the Chapter's 25 county territory. The Inland Northwest Chapter serves 15 counties in eastern Washington, and 10 counties in northern Idaho. The Inland Northwest Chapter area has one of the highest rates of MS in the world. The Inland Northwest Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society provides a variety of supportive and educational programs to people with MS and their families, throughout the chapter area, such as: Information and Referral, Self Help Groups, Telephone Peer Support, Durable Medical Equipment, Financial Assistance for Medical Equipment, Educational Programs, Newly Diagnosed Program, Advocacy, Newsletter, Lending Library and Aquatic Programs.
