A special thanks to R&R Coffee Café for providing free coffee starting at 7:00 AM at Walk MS here in Colorado Springs. R&R is located at 11425 Black Forest Rd #5, Colorado Springs, CO 80908. (719) 494-8300 - www.rnrcoffeecafe.com. Thank you Walmart for providing boxes of bananas for our continental breakfast that starts at 7:00 AM. Smoothie King will provide free samples during breakfast and I’ll race you to front of the line.
Doggy Duds 3 is our third annual pet costume competition. Please bring your four legged friends in costume. The competition will be held after lunch is served and the winning pooch will receive a small prize.
Nikki Pfeiffer’s Noble Groupies team reminds you to bring some extra cash. Her mega-tent will host many activities, including a silent auction and raffle for baskets full of merchandise and gift cards. A miniature golf course will award prizes to putt-putt competitors, and members of this year’s championship Air Force Academy hockey team will exhibit their skills in a real hockey shoot out to determine who will pick out the winning raffle ticket for an autographed, game-worn jersey. In addition, Smoothie King will hand out their cool delights, and Nikki will offer other items (Noble Groupies teddy bears and critters, author signed books and more) for sale to benefit the Walk. So remember, Bring extra cash for some great deals!

Thank you for joining the movement and registering for one of our 10 Walk MS events here in Colorado. We are 10,000 participants joining together to raise $1.5 million dollars. In 2008, the Colorado Chapter invested $974,000 in research and $3.3 million in programs and services here in Colorado and we thank you for your ongoing support of our mission.
