How to upload your address book and send emails through your participant center.
- Log in to your participant center.
- At the top of the page, click on “Address Book.” Here you can manually send e-mails to your friends and family by clicking on “Add Contacts” or upload them from your own contacts in your e-mail system by clicking on “Import Contacts.” A window will pop open with step-by-step instructions on how to upload your contacts.
- To send emails to your family and friends, click on “E-mail” at the top of the page. This takes you to a page where you can choose from a list of suggested e-mails. Click on anyone to use that e-mail. Team Captains may invite friends, family and co-workers to join the team via e-mail.
- The “Follow Up” page lists all contacts and their status. From this page, participants and Team Captains can send e-mails and track which contacts have donated or joined their team.
- “My Progress” shows a participant how his or her fundraising is progressing. Through this page, participants can enter gifts they receive before they are turned in and they will be confirmed by MS Society Staff when they are received.
