What to Expect
Check-in opens at 7:30 AM and the walk begins at 9:00 AM.
Everyone must check-in the day of the walk.
Please bring your contributions and signed contribution envelope with you the day of the walk to turn in at the registration tent. Remember, each walker must turn in a minimum pledge of $50.
When you check in at the registration tent, you will receive an Walk MS route map.
If you are eligible for a fundraising prize, you will receive your prize the morning of the event at the registration table.
A light breakfast will be provided for our walkers along with coffee and juices prior to the start of the walk.
We encourage all walkers to participate in the group warm-up, which is led approximately 15 minutes before the walk kicks-off.
The walk is 6.2 miles or 10 kilometers.

Here are a few things to expect on the day of your walk:
- Have a healthy breakfast
- Meet your family, friends and neighbors at your designated walk site.
- Warm up before you walk
- Have enough liquids for before, during and after your walk.
- Pace yourself during the walk
- Once you’ve completed your distance…CELEBRATE!
