Trustee

Dick was born and raised in the Billings, Montana area. He attended Rocky Mountain college for four years and obtained a BA in 1965 and worked for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation for from 1965-1969. He returned to school and earned a law degree from the University of Montana graduating in 1972. He joined Perkins Coie (Seattle office) in 1977 with a focus on land use, environment, natural resources, real estate conveyancing, leasing and historic preservation. He retired in 2005 and returned to Billings, Montana.
