Elizabeth Pelley is the retired Vice President of Operations for First Choice Health Network, and now works as an independent consultant. Her professional background includes 25 years in information services and technology, with 12 years focused in healthcare technology. Pelley graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. As a community leader, Pelley is the incoming President of the Board for Project Access Northwest – a nonprofit organization that serves the specialty healthcare needs of underserved populations in King, Snohomish and Kitsap counties.
