Studies show that moderate aerobic exercise improves cardiac health, stamina, and mood, and helps manage symptoms like fatigue, weakness, and bladder and bowel difficulties. Stretching exercises can relieve stiffness and improve flexibility and mobility.

- Once you complete the training, please fill out our Wellness Referral Questionnaire and mail it to our office. We will be happy to promote your business to our members through our phone-based referral list.
- We offer “Wellness Grants” to help reduce the cost of wellness and fitness classes for people with MS. Download the application and pass it out to your MS students.
- If you are interested in starting up or are already offering an MS specific exercise class, please note this on your Wellness Referral Questionnaire. We can actively promote your MS class through email and website advertising, in addition to our phone-based referral list.
