    A great way to get started! We can provide referrals to various professional services in your local community, from neurologists to in-home services to mobility equipment vendors and more.

    Speak with an MS Navigator who will listen, discuss and provide you with the tools to take you to the next step...and that's just for starters!
  • Employment and MS
    Get answers to your employment questions, wherever you are in the employment game.
  • Care Management
    Our Care Managers adapt to each individual's situation by assessing needs, developing a personalized care plan, and connecting to needed services. And they even make home visits!
  • Financial Help
    We offer guidance, referrals and resources to help contain the financial impact of MS.
  • Community Partners
    We partner with medical professionals and organizations that provide care to people with MS. Learn more about these partners and connect with them.
  • Long Term Planning
    Multiple sclerosis takes a unique course for every person living with the disease. For some, an advanced course can one day mean you’ll need care outside the home or additional care inside the home. Planning for that possibility can be overwhelming and confusing — but it doesn’t have to be.
