Call our Information Resource Center to speak with an MS Navigator who can refer you to a number of different professional services in your local community, and that’s just for starters. We provide at least three reliable referrals so that you always have a personal choice to make. Our pool of resources is ever-growing. Tell us what you need or share your favorite local professional service to add to our list.
We have referrals for:

- Professional counselors and support groups for individuals and family members
- Yoga and aquatic classes or an accessible local gym
- Massage therapists and other natural health services
- In-home services to support your independence
