Here is how to get your FREE money!
- Contact your Human Resource Department for matching gift guidelines and application.
- Confirm the donation you want matched has been received by us.
- You may confirm your donation by checking your progress in your Participant Center or call us at 954-731-4224.
- Fill out the matching gift application.
- You MUST mail, fax, or e-mail a copy to our office so we can fill out our information and make note that the funds have been applied for.

- Your first name, last name, and event name MUST be listed somewhere on the form.
- Keep contact information handy for your employer’s Matching Gift Program so you can follow up on the check process.
- This process may take up to a couple months. Be patient and follow up regularly.
The advantages of using Matching Gifts as part of your pledges are:
- You can possibly double the amount of money you turn in and qualify for larger incentives.
- Those individuals that sponsor you can take advantage of this as well, adding dollars to your pledges.
- The National Multiple Sclerosis Society will be able to fund more research, programs and education with the funds received from Matching Gifts, aiding us in our mission to end the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis.
