Commitment to the Movement
Clear Channel Communications is a member of the Society's Corporate Star program. Thanks to nationwide participation in radio, print and television advertising, Clear Channel donated more than $3 million in in-kind and cash contributions to 38 Society chapters throughout the country in 2006. Clear Channel is an impressive force in getting the word out nationally for the Walk MS, Challenge Walk MS and Bike MS series, as well as MS awareness and important educational messages.
Clear Channel also has a dedicated cycling team of Clear Channel employees that rides in Bike MS across the country and that has participated in more than 20 rides each year, raising over $225,000 in 2007.
Clear Channel's commitment to the National MS Society and raising awareness for MS spans many years and includes millions of dollars donated in advertising time and talent.
