This Virtual Patient simulation resource utilizes advanced 3D real-time technology that responds to your clinical decisions as you build a clinically definite MS diagnosis for each of three patients according to the 2010 McDonald Criteria.
This activity is designed for neurologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals who care for patients with MS.
Objectives:
· Incorporate the 2010 McDonald MS Diagnostic criteria into your MS diagnostic process.
· Recognize and utilize key features of the neurologic examination and patient’s history that support the diagnosis of MS.
· Increase your ability to apply neuroimaging findings correlate with disease activity and progression in MS to enhance your clinical judgments and treatment decisions
