Podcast

A podcast is an audio file that can be downloaded to your computer. Podcasts are part of a series of episodes, usually a radio show. They are formatted as MPEG (.mp3) files, which are fast and easy to download. With an MPEG file, you can:

  • Play it on your computer
  • Import it into an MP3 player, such as iPod
  • Burn it to an audio CD to be played in a CD player (files must be converted to WAV format first.)

To download the file to your computer, right click on the link and select "Save Target As..."). [On a Macintosh Apple, hold down the Apple key, then click.]

Podcast resources:

NOTE: True podcasting is done through a subscription service that automatically downloads files to your computer via RSS feed . The National MS Society is not currently offering this service. Because of this, the podcasts downloaded from this site will be categorized as "songs" when imported into iTunes and iPod.
