Governor Fallin has asked Oklahomans to contact her office to say if they support the State of Oklahoma establishing a “state based” health insurance exchange rather than one run by the federal government.
The Health Insurance Exchange, as required by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act:
- Will offer individuals and small employers a one-stop online marketplace for health insurance
- Will give the public information that will allow one to easily compare price and coverage options between the plans sold on the exchange
- Should allow for greater input
- Should allow the ability to create a plan that best fits the needs of Oklahoma families
Call TODAY and help ensure that health plans provide an affordable and comprehensive care option for Oklahomans living with MS.
