Dr. Helen Tremlett is an Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia. She also served on the Scientific Planning Committee for the February International Workshop on MS Risk Factors and Frequency. She has one active research project funded by the Society that evaluates the relationship between relapses and disease progression, and another project recommended for funding that focuses on the long-term effects of interferon beta treatment in MS.
Dr. Nicholas LaRocca is Vice President of Health Care Delivery and Policy Research. He served on the Scientific Planning Committee for an International Workshop on MS Risk Factors and Frequency held in February.
