Thank You National Sponsors of Walk MS®

April 28, 2020

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is pleased to welcome six Walk MS® national sponsors this year: premier national sponsors Novartis and Sanofi Genzyme, joined by national sponsors Biogen, Bristol Myers Squibb, EMD Serono and Genentech. Through their partnership and generous support, the work of the National MS Society will not stop. These companies’ unwavering commitment to supporting communities across the country allows the Society to be nimble and adjust to the dynamic needs of the community at this critical time. Even though the Society’s Walk MS in-person experience is limited this year, the virtual experience will continue to fuel life-changing breakthroughs for people with MS who need their Walk MS community now more than ever.

Novartis is proud to continue to support the MS community for the ninth consecutive year through their commitment as a premier national sponsor again in 2020.

Sanofi Genzyme returns for the fourth year as a proud premier national sponsor of Walk MS and supporter of the ‘Living with MS Program’ – recognizing Walk MS participants who live with MS.

Biogen has supported the MS community for many years and is proud to return for the third year as a national Walk MS sponsor.

Bristol Myers Squibb continues to support the MS community and returns as a national sponsor of Walk MS for the second year in a row, proudly supporting #VirtualWalkMS!

EMD Serono is committed to supporting the MS community and is proud to return as a national sponsor of Walk MS for the second year.

Genentech, a member of the Roche Group, is excited to return for the fifth year as a Walk MS national sponsor and to join communities across the country for #VirtualWalkMS!

“The participation of our national sponsors helps us further our mission so people affected by MS can live their best lives,” said Kristin Gibbs, Vice President of Walk MS for the National MS Society. “While our Walk MS experience may look different this year, our mission does not. Now more than ever, their commitment to the MS movement through this sponsorship will ensure we continue to fuel life-changing breakthroughs for people affected by MS.”
