Hurricane Ida Information

The safety and well-being of the entire MS community is our primary concern with the landfall and continued impact of Hurricane Ida. If you are living with MS and are affected by the storm, MS Navigators can help you connect to emergency shelters and other critical services. If you continue to need support after the initial emergency has passed, we can help you locate resources (including temporary living assistance, medical equipment, medications, emotional support or other challenges to your quality of life). Please call 800-344-4867 to connect with an MS Navigator, (Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. ET), or via live chat or email at nationalmssociety.org/MSNavigator.  More information can be located on our Emergencies & Disasters page.
